Got hacked,account permanently banned what can I do.

So I have been working abroad the past 3 months and when i went home I wanted to play my favorite game.But when I logged in I saw that I was permanently banned amd a reform card with 2 games was attached. I think I got hacked because I never gave my account information to anyone!

What can I do now? Does this mean that my dream of becoming a professional league player is destroyed? Help me please
