Reports made before a punishment do not count and if there is a bug in the system that leads to an unfair ban, we will revert it. However, neither of those issues are at play here.

The reason that you were given a log from before your 2 week ban was not because of any reports made for that behavior but simply because your negative behavior during that game did not come to our attention until we took a further look at your account when you displayed further negative behavior after your 2 week suspension was over. This is not a bug in any way with the system and it does look for overall patterns of negative behavior too.

As I have already explained the context and reasoning behind the actions we took towards your account to you, I will have to consider this matter closed and I'll be closing out this ticket.

You can get punished from a game that happened before or during the last punishment.

It appears you really only read what you want to read.

It doesn't even say you were punished for that game; the support simply explained

the reason that you were given a log from before your 2 week ban

Which was that it didn't come to their attention before and was relevant for the overall pattern of negative behaviour you were exhibiting. If a consistent pattern can be found it will "speed up" the punishment process; just like recent offenses can increase the punishment you receive in court, previous offenses in League of Legends will mean you are being treated more harshly/swiftly.

tl;dr: you were not punished for a game that happened before your punishment.

No, you were punished because of your "further negative behavior after your 2 week suspension was over."

They included that chat log because they found even more toxic games that you weren't even reported for when they took a deeper look at your account. Now I'm curious what the chat logs were.

So basically this is like what they do in a mass murder trial, where the first trial will only be for the murders of like two of the four victims? That way if they some how don't get a conviction they can go back and try again with the other two murders? Only in your case, you got punished for some games, then when you started breaking the rules again, they used some post-punishment games and pre-punishment games as like a grab bag second punishment?
