So you're asking if the enemy team has an afk if you afk do you get punished?
You're still being detrimental your team and being an asshole. Yes, it's bannable and quite frankly I would ban you for it. Don't be the knight in shining armor and play to win.
The LB system doesn't care why you go afk. It's a nice sentiment, but your responsibility is to help your team win, not make it "fair" for the other team.
