tyler 1 unbanned , why can't i ?
Since when riot does special treatment towards toxic players . He may have reformed , so i , i have a account lvl 5 honor , why can't i have my others account back ?

Tyler1 had a playerID ban. Meaning any account he is caught playing on will be banned on sight.
They lifted his playerID ban, so now he is allowed to play league of legends again. However, he will not be getting his 22 permabanned accounts back, and neither will you get your account back.
Tyler1 didn't get his other accounts back.
They just stopped banning his new ones on sight.
Your new accounts aren't being banned simply because you made them, so you are already in the same position as he is (only with far less scrutiny).
Tyler didn't get any of his accounts back. He just had his ID ban removed, allowing him to make more accounts.
Riot just put Tyler back on equal footing as somebody like you. Both of you are welcome to make a new account.

Because they didn't give him his back and it would be unfair to give toxic players, like you, special treatment.
