A Ban Meter
Can Riot at least incorperate a ban meter into our profiles so we can see exactly how many infractions we have committed and exactly how many will lead to a ban. It would be nice to have that information.

Why? So people can abuse it and be like "I'm not getting banned for trolling this game".

this meter already exists. its called 10 game chatrestrict, 25 game chatrestrict, 14 day ban, permabann. if any of this hits you, you are already close to the next penalty
It's 4. You have 3 chance then a permaban. This is pretty widely known, and if it isn't, a Google search will bring the answer right away
While I think it would be great for comical purposes, I suspect it'll only be abused.
A meter wouldn't work. And I think there are some things that are monopoly rules (do not pass go, go directly to jail) for a ban like being extremely racist or sexist.
