filling out reports in normal play

I quit playing rank awhile ago and started playing normal draft play. I don't like filling out reports and usually don't anymore. But I realize something last night. Filling out a report is not always deserving. Unless they are afk or extremely toxic, anything else could be a false report. Example is reporting someone for feeding. They may not be skilled enough or even level 30. There still learning the game or champ there playing. As frustrating as it maybe to experience this, it is rank and there learning. So my point is if playing a non rank game mode and reporting, think about is it worthy. Filing a report due to frustrating game play can effect someone else future game play. Does this make sense to any one else? The report system is designed to deal with negative players not players learning .

The system is designed to detect and filter out false reports and does a pretty good job of it.

So if you are legitimately level 10 and learning the game and die alot and get reported for intentionally feeding for example, the system may look at your previous games and realize that the player really is that bad / learning and the player wont be punished. (this is a mega over simplified example and is not the only criteria used)

As far as general reporting in normals, i do it anyway. Being in a normal game does not mean you no longer have to follow the rules. So if you break a rule i will report you.
