Does party reporting do anything?
Edit: What I mean is if a premade party reports you will it actually do anything?

Only if you did a reportable offense. then yes.
It doesn't do anything more than 1 person reporting if that's what you mean. And unless you did something worthy of a punishment, those reports won't do anything anyways.
Ah ok cool. I just had a full team report me for "being dumb" in a normal game lmfao. Just wanted to know if I would face a punishment for something I didn't do.

For your specific question, no, multiple reports in one game don't count more than one report. The system Riot uses to determine players in need of reform tracks how often you are reported at least once among other things. You can read under the heading "Multiple Reports" in the thread I linked above for sources to this information including Riot Lyte's ask.fm where he personally goes over this same question.
