This system doesn't know the difference from a AFK and a DC that reconects and finished a game!

Ya, so my gaming laptop crashed (due to LoL somehow since it was the ONLY thing running) and i had to reset my comp and reconnect to the game. This took some time, but regardless I reconnected, played with the team and finished the game for a win. Yet just after the game finishes, I get a LeaveBuster and put into a 5 game 20 min wait priority! SERIOUSLY?! what the hell is the point of that?? make someone wait 20 mins longer to queue up so they can watch a show or porn or something? How does this help "real" leaver issues? As a father of 3 kids, this does piss me off seeing my time is limited and I might as well trash this game if i can't play it. Maybe go back to WOW? =/

I'm sure I can't be the only one with this issue and seeing RIOT (for whatever reason) still tries to back this system up, no matter how bad it is.

-Leavebuster doesn't help issues at all. -It can't tell the difference from a AFK/Leaver to a DC reconnect -There is no warning stating that if this happens again "so and so" will get this penalty.

It doesn't care if it is a DC or a rage quit. People with frequent computer/connection issues aren't collateral damage, they are a target of the system. You didn't get this penalty for your laptop crashing 1 time. 20 min low priority queue is the 3rd punishment and there is a warning before that.

The thing is how exactly does a system work like that? and even if it does whats stopping the player from doing that instead of just outright quitting the game to not get punished. You are still leaving the game, especially if you know full well your internet/computer has problems thats all on you.
