Second time I do this post. Rito itself removed it.

This time I'm just sharing the chat. I don't want to expose someone and make people hate him/her. I want to know if what he/she said is true or not.

There is no exploit.

Unless you count actually being a player who never does anything that would make any report valid.

there is a POSSIBLE exploit. a player after thinking they got reported can get 4 other players who they know wont report them to spam bot games. usually other trolls trying to do the same thing. this techique can theoretically be used to pad reports

There is no exploit! "Padding reports" isn't even a thing.

Or are you saying you have done this to "circumvent" getting banned from valid reports? Because all that would do is invalidate the other players reports and make their reports have less weight.

it's very much a thing. and this is how chronic feeders and trolls can avoid being banned for so long
