tl;dr : I've written another paper about this about 20 or so days ago. In every single game i've been getting teamed up with many kinds of teamates. I'll list the most common: 1)~ The guy who never talks~ (I am sure you know this guy and i am sure you think what is wrong with not talking at all? Well i want you to think about it) 2) The guy who spams everything ( This is the guy who will rape your eyes in the chat and will never help you or himself out. He just doesn't want to stay focused) and 3)The guy who gives up and or goes afk (More commonly this guy is the one who will feed a lot in the early game and go like 0/5 at 8')

I kept my cool. I behaved when i played with such players. My last game I got told i have down syndrome for mentioning that akali is not a good support ( yes in champion select he(akali) asked if he can go adc or jungle and noone responded. I have been autofilled too many times and I played a lot of support in the past so i thought i could change (i was top) but i said no it is better if he tries to play that role himself. I've changed roles with guys in champ select way too many times to risk losing again because of that reason again. And ofcourse he will not even care from the point noone let him do his thing(will not say about his warding).

Guy in the jungle. Does not give a shit. Keeps on farming when he's supposed to help out. He let noone i repeat noone farm in their own lanes or even let a single kill to one who needed it more. We were fighitng for 45 minutes untill everything was destroyed except the nexus. That xin zhao ended with 11/6/6 and 282 farm. I will not talk about the mid laner a lot because he just does not know the basics at all, like last hitting, staying near your team when about to fight, warding or a bit of kiting.

Enough about the players. I believe the punishment system is not doing enough justice. I've reported over 40 players the past month but none got punished as far as I know. I think the IFS really needs more tweeking and additions to it.

Being good will never help you rank up, okay I see that. Now. Being neutral and trying to help others does not help you either. I am still getting demoted. I am Silver 4 now near Silver 5 and my MMR is said to be around a Bronze 1 player. I was Silver 2 ready to go to Silver 1. I seriously do not understand what is wrong anymore. I am falling lower and lower into the pit. I really need more isnight and clarity.

Well hello there. I seem to fall under "The guy who never talks". I am not quite sure what kind of problem you have with people who don't talk. but I will say this. I don't talk because I know it is a waste of time to do so. I don't have the time to stop what i'm doing to type something out. I don't really want to read the chat box when I could be looking at the mini-map and getting information that is useful about the game. And lastly I know well enough by now whatever I say, outside of the phrase "Me Bot" and "Me Top" either haves absolutely no effect or creates a problem of some kind as people seem to have the idea they are allowed to control what I do.

As for the toxic players you encounter. You report them after the game is over. Just because you don't witness the punishment doesn't mean they won't get punished if they keep up the behavior.

And as for your statement saying "Being good will never help you rank up" This is wrong on so many levels especially since you say that you are in Sliver. There are SO many things you can do to improve yourself as a player when you are in low ELO. We all make many many many mistakes in low ELO, myself included.
