So this lucian I'm supporting

randomly starts intentionally feeding because I picked janna support.

He never said don't pick janna. He bragged about some 70 something win rate with lucian but that he never wins with a janna. So his idea is to dash into the support sejuani and kog maw by himself and die, and then tell me he's done playing because of my pick. I decide to buy adc items and try to farm since he annouced he was done. So he rages harder and starts walking into towers.

Here's the kicker. He asked the enemy team to report me for trolling. They all said no because even they could tell his first play was an act of intentional feeding JUST to randomly start an argument about Janna being a shit support. Get this though. I just received a response saying a punishment was delivered, and it certainly wasn't chat related. I think he was pegged for intentionally feeding. Gj riot for restoring a bit of my faith in you.

To be completely honest I was super chill. He was raging to the enemy team about me and they ALL defended me. They knew I only bought adc items as a last resort after not being able to reason with him. It was one of the nicest gaming experiences I've had in a while even though we lost by default. The enemy support even friended me and we're having a blast.

I double checked and he I guess played a game 7 hours ago so I went ahead and sent in a detailed support ticket in case for some odd reason they chat restricted him instead for something as light as calling for reports against me over and over.

No, I actually understand that if a chat related offense and an intentional feeding offense occurs at the same time it may take action against the obvious one and then a further investigation is needed for the other one. Not sure if admitting he was feeding gave him a chat ban or not, but I feel like one may have triggered before the other or something.

Janna has a 53%+ win rate across all elo, she's OP as shit and has been so for a very long time because Riot has a crush on her or something. I have no idea why this Lucian was so mad about the mere notion of having a Janna on his team.

Tbh I'd be angry too. Lucian doesn't go along with Janna. At all.

And Janna players only play her because she's batshit broken and has some weird protective barrier from nerfs (probably more than one Rioter's favorite champion I'd speculate).

No excuse to int feed, tho.

It wasn't like I wanted to be carried by the champ. I just played what I thought the team needed. I would have played braum if he'd have really been so bothered to ask. But here's the thing. We WERE winning lane. I still don't know why he randomly started intentionally feeding. I was poking the enemy sej down, kog maw wasn't very good at poking or kiting. We were on track to win.

What a horrible experience, I'm so sorry you had to go through that. You did well by not responding, and with someone who seems so easily triggered, he'll get what's coming to him. The best thing you can do is ignore people that seem to feed off of toxicity and report them after the game. Depending on the severity of the situation, I'd also recommend submitting a ticket via Riot Games Support page. I myself have been ignoring the chat and focusing on the game more, I can honestly say I've been able to pick up on more mistakes I make now because I focus more on the game now than the chat.Thanks for sharing your experience.
