Looks like they permabanned me because I couldn't give them the exact date the account was made on.

This account is several years old. I doubt most people with a several years old account could tell them that. I guess this is what happens when you try to appeal your 14-day bans.

(shrug) They gave me the boot.[cass-cry]

I gave them credit card information, paypal addresses, the pin codes of RP cards I used on the account, email registration, the information of the other tickets I had submitted, etc, etc. But nope, couldn't tell them the exact date the account was made on.

This can be verified by any Riot staff member that can see my tickets that i'm telling the truth.

I've never heard of Riot asking for any of these things. Traditionally, they have asked for date of account creation, email used to create the account, first champion purchased (now defunct due to new functionality in the client), first skin purchase (also defunct), etc. That may have changed, however.

It's possible the account was locked due to suspicion of compromise. Regardless, the only avenue at this point is a new support ticket.

Good luck.

Riot does not ask for such information, so you were subject to some sort of scam or operation and by connection you were probably banned.

Riot will never asked for your credit card information, paypal adress, or your riot pin codes as that's all private information. email registration and ticket submissions may be the only subjects they may ask about.
