If you ever had the ribbons themselves you get the icons too, I'm pretty sure that is how I got 4/4 as i've had all 4 ribbons even though I was never one to play a lot.

Wow! Nice job buddy. I'm curious how you got helpful ribbon/icon. It always seemed so rare to really help someone out on the rift, especially in PVP games.
