can you get banned for duo boosting

Playing duos with someone higher than you and getting carried is not illegal.

sharing your account information isnt directly a violation, but it's looked down upon. paying someone to do anything regarding the services of the game that doesnt directly grant royalties to riot and the owners of league is against the tos. so the person offering the leveling is breaking the tos as well as a law and can be fined and receive jail time. the person receiving the service is responsible for their account if their account is stolen or used to do malicious activities and is libel for fines and other repercussions. if it's your friend they wouldnt be asking you to pay them to level your account. if it's someone you dont know then you're likely just going to get your credit card information and account stolen.

it's against the tos to put false information on your account ^_^.
