You do understand that Riot can link account activity through your IPaddress. While it is actually unlikely that they will actually restrict an account simply for using the same IP, they certainly have the ability to.

You just have to feed a lot to get perma'd. If you leave constantly you'll just get 20 minute queue times. So, just feed in game.
