Does the new champ select risk to be as flawed as the old one?

So in the good old days of ranked ladder, one would enter a ranked game and nobody wanted to support, people trolled picks, instalocked, said first and similiar shaneinegans. Then riot decided this could be no longer and introduced their new soloqueue draft pick system. And there was peace in the ladder.

Now the system would have been amazing, but sadly there is a general shortage of support mains so autofill was introduced, but with single lock picks you generally couldn't (and wouldn't) do much about it because you couldn't place players in jeopardy by holding their role hostage in the lasts seconds of their pick, trying to force them to get your role.

Now we have simultaneous picks back again, and the problem is coming back again.

You might say, but dude it's only because you are in low elo, but mostly everyone is in low elo so this issue is gonna affect like 80% of the playerbase.

Am i freaking out for nothing and there is something that you guys thought trough that i didnt get or?

I can't be the only one concerned with the stuff [sg-lux-2]
