The new honor system is clunky as hell

I just wanted to get some feedback from other people on the new honor system. I really liked the old honor system, and i really don't like the new one. it feels very very weird to me for several reasons:

  1. the honor options are weird Before we had teamwork for when somebody pushed himself to help his teammates, friendly for friendly people and helpful, well helpful didn't really see much use. Now we have great shotcalling (which i guess is the old teamwork but it feels less an honor thing because teamwork is a people positive thing and great shotcalling involves a strictly strategic decision), gg<3 wich by descriptions feels like it would be exactly the same as great shotcalling with the added unlcear hints at positivity, so it's unlclear and in a way redundadnt, and stayed cool which feels like an option you can never give anybody because it's very hard to see someone staying cool as coolness it's not usually very loudly expressed (contrary to anger). All the three feel very unsatisfying to me because they are unclear, contrary to "friendly" and "teamwork" were very clear and linear and you always knew when to use them.

2)The post game honor page The honor pop up window is supposed to have a post game cool effect like overwatch, but in fact is very frustrating and makes you feel bad for not honoring your teammates even if they don't really deserve it. I don't know if it's just me but it makes a bad game, feel bad even when you get out of it. Also getting pushed into honoring someone feels weird as hell, moreso you can't visually see who you honored anymore and can honor just one person and that's unnerving to me

  1. you can no longer honor your opponents Like, why? What the heck

  2. tying honoring people to rewards is bad.. ..In a way but only short term, because it creates tension to people to get honored, and it makes frustrating for you to not get honored. I like that you want to prize honorable people but this way feels weird af. Also the fact that you get honor exp even when honoring somebody kind of defeats the idea: basically we will reach a point where everyone has flair 5, at that point the tension to get honored will be gone so in the end what this makes is having a frustrating first impact to the honor system and longterm harsher punishments for people who get bans because they lose the honor advantages (which might be good, and might be bad, not sure about this). A mixed system would be better imho, so that you get keys like you used to, and you get capsules from honor so that the whole hextech crafting thing is not completely tied to it. (i'm not saying this as someone toxic, i've never been banned or chat restricted and had like 4-5 hundred honor points in various categories)

Is it just me and with time you just get used to this or is it like this for other people also? Give me some company in the grief please [zombie-nunu-bummed]

Stay Cool is more for people that don't freak out and spam pings/panic about in game situations. GG/Friendly can be kind of mixed in with Stayed Cool depending on the situation/how the game goes.

Post Game page is horrible and want it gone. Didn't like the extra pages with the Versus event. Don't like them for honor either. It was fine in the post game lobby. Everything in one place was easy to find.

Not being able to honor opponents and the rest of your team is annoying. There are definitely times when multiple people deserve honor.

Thus far, not impressed with the new honor system and don't care one bit about the skins in it for Twitch and WW.

I like what the new honor system does in that it makes it easier to not forget to honor people before going to the next game. But there are somethings that I dislike about it. One thing is certainly that you can no longer honor your opponents.

I think that we should keep how the window pops up after a game, but still allow one to honor multiple people instead of just one.

Overall I think that they should kind of mix the new honor system with the new one so that you can still honor like before but are reminded to honor after every game.

They only excluded the enemy honor feature to get the system to us quicker, it'll be here eventually. Also, you can choose to not honor anyone. You just need to click the little arrow.

New honor system did what I expected. IT has become tool of META bashing and ensures polite people does not get honorable opponents anymore. But Riot is again siding with toxic community, as opponent are ENEMIES and THEY SHOULD NOT BE HONORED!.

I have got occasional honors, but they are really rare, as I do play off-meta support. Support is now the servant in EUNE and no servant should be honored daring to show any initiative at all.

Another game proving the system flaw: Zed told he cannot face vlad and I suggested he goes harass support and encouraged him, but nobody remembers actions of support like nobody notices work of cleanup service people. ..

This is why only one honor is really bad idea. TOtally bad idea. But it seems it was idea of RIot to remove honors from supports as supports are unimportant role anyway.
