I know who this was, too. It was a toxic as hell enemy botlane who kept on using the "report me, see if I care" or "lol, Riot will decide that". One of them actually said "Everyone will see who's really the toxic one when they read the chat logs, rek'sai. hope you'll enjoy you're ban you fucking %%%got" (the enemy jungler was their main target).

So yeah. Whichever Rioter did this, I owe you a beer. Or a cookie. You can choose.
