If you want an answer from an actual Rioter, open a support ticket. Rioters aren't really obligated to reply to every boards post. They do it at their own discretion.
The boards has always been for players to talk to each other. It has never been advertised as anything else, even though some insist on using it to try and get the attention of Rioters.
Support tickets are always there if you feel the need to speak to someone at Riot, otherwise you have the regulars of the Boards, and the volunteers who help out.
If you want riot replies, you should open a player support ticket. If you want player feedback and help on how to not be further punished or want to discuss a player behavior issue with people, post on the forums.
