Clearly I am not in a good mood from team flaming me for something I can not control. But a ban on top of them flaming me. hh. Biased and based on premade reports (Why? This is the only game recently I lose my cool and the feedback only provided this SINGLE piece of chat log with 2 paris of premade), I think my emotion will improve away from this toxic community. No full transcript is provided, and I can not prove the insults I had to endure as well as the effort I made to save the game. One-sided judgement with no where turn for support. Basically left out there to continue to endure this disgusting behavior. Even telling them to flame me and get on playing instead of typing is considered crossing the line while the feeders/typing warriors have the ability of reporting a bullied player. Before you comment on my typos, I have issues with my keyboard meaning that sometimes key presses do not register the correct character and when I am focusing on playing and contributing as much as I can unlike my teammates, it is hard to stop and correct my mistakes. I could have mute them and carried on playing, but I would not be able to experience this atrocity of being flamed and chat restricted.

Then mute them. No excuse not to. If you don't mute them then you're just asking for drama and consequences.

Regardless of other players actions this does not give you the right to act up as well. From the Instant Feedback System FAQ:

WHY WAS I PUNISHED WHEN THE OTHER PERSON WAS WORSE OR STARTED IT! Simply speaking, retaliation is not an acceptable or justifiable behavior. An argument between two players can easily create a negative experience for the rest of the players in the game with you. Regardless of the other player’s actions, this does not justify your own behavior. You alone are responsible for your actions within the game. If you encounter a toxic player like this, the best option is to simply report their behavior and move on. Reports are a vital piece to the puzzle. If you are not sure of what sort of behavior is reportable take a look at the Reporting a Player FAQ

Also, if you know that they're not gonna stop being verbally abusive in chat then mute them via the mute button. This will allow you to focus more on the game and less on your negative teammates chat. Also, before you say "but then I can't communicate with them" you still have smart pings as a communication tool, which more often than not is a faster, more efficient way of delivering info to your team than stopping to chat about it is.

Now I am well aware that muting someones chat/pings does nothing to stop them from griefing in non chat or ping related ways. In those situations is usually best to just play around their trolling to the best of your abilities. Aside from that though for chat and ping related problem players just mute, report and try to move on. If you don't want to use those features available to try to help mitigate those problems then that's on you and not Riot.
