Is there restriction on ping spamming and can you report people for that?

Some background: talon, lulu and jhin is getting crashed by their laners, and when i ganked top, talon farmed and i died to darius who is on 15 health. Told to play safe when talon could have kill darius and talon already died to darius twice 'playing safe' and many more afterwards. I was angry after that, and then someone was constantly pinging me afterwards so I thought it was talon, but no, so I mute each individually, and found out lulu was doing it. When i confronted her for doing it, she denied it but I never reveal that i was muting their pings, so I am pretty sure it was lulu. Anyway, I report her for harassment afterwards, but instead I got a chat restriction, not going to contest it because I lashed out more than just this game for other reasons. Sadly both talon and lulu get away for flaming me and pinging me, so question is, is ping spamming ok?

Oh no, somebody pinged you. Are you okay man? Did you seek medical help after this hard injury?

(If you know who pinged, why don't just mute it and go on?)

I heard you can report people for having bad latency and bad haircuts. I don't know if it is true o.o

mute ping and move on. cant report for ping spam, because you can literally avoid it with 1 mouse click.

Just mute ping. There is no way to know if someone is ping spamming or harrassing, unlike actual words which are pretty easy to understand. Anyway, no one is gonna get banned for dropping those question marks.
