Leaverbustered when client crashes?

I have not went AFK in a match in months after my last 20 minute queue punishment. My client crashes while the game is loading and I'm forced to restart my computer to get it to work, and now I have another 20 minute queue? I swear, it's the punishments in this game that really piss me off. Does this happen to anyone else?

you just have to restart the client not the whole pc lol.
