Should you guys monitor champs with trolling potential to severely punish those who troll with them?

Probably the worst experience possible in this game outside of your control are people abusing champion mechanics to hurt their teammates. Worse than ragers, worse than afks, even worse than intentional feeders as they don't hurt your playmaking potential, they just make the enemy stronger. What I mean by champs with trolling potential are those like tahm using his w to keep allies in base and prevent them from getting out, or worse running into the enemy team with them in your mouth to feed them you as well, an anivia using a wall to stop backs and just block a teammate's pathing in general, etc. This is honestly the worst experience as there is no countermeasure to it. Ragers you can ignore or mute, people can still win 4v5's with an afk, and even with an intentional feeder if you completely crush the enemy team regardless of his feed. But having a tahm give your team 2 feeders, as he forces you to feed them as well, or making it a 3v5 as he stops a teammate from leaving base. Similar to how you guys have a 0 tolerance policy for deaths threats and the like, this should be put just as high up there. 0 tolerance whatsoever. And these behaviors should be easy to detect, even automatically, but especially through reports, as there is no way to "hide" your trolling maneuvers. So please, I know you guys are working on the brand new feeding detector system, so this should be implemented as well, and be given a 0 tolerance policy as strict as death threats. Thank you for your time.

The issue with something like this is that it's hard to distinguish the difference. I do agree that if Tahm eats me and sprints me into the enemy team, it's bullshit. It pisses me off a lot. But in the end, you may punish some good players for it.

Good example, I play A LOT of Bard. He's my favorite support and I actually can't help but smile and giggle like a damn fool when I play him, running around grabbing chimes and locking up enemy players while screaming "LISTEN TO MY FUCKING MUSIC"

However, someone who puts in a lot of times may miss a skillshot every now and again. I have misread situations entirely due to only taking a glance and ulted my team, screwing them over. I didn't do it on purpose, but that would classify as a ban under your 0 tolerance policy. I apologized up and down for a while, dropping health packs for the jungler and journeying my ADC to extra CS and jungle camps to keep them ahead of the enemy ADC, but they were all still mad because I may have lost us the game. Does that mean I should be banned even though I saved Olaf when he was caught out? Or I got the first 5 kills with my adc? Or kept the objectives warded and my jungler healthy?

It's just an issue we have to deal with until a better solution comes along.
