My account was banned unexpectedly，but riot support can't do anything to recover my account.
hello.thank you for watching. I'm gonna tell my story. I'm a new player in LOL NA, and I used to play LOL in China for 3 years. I know the rules of LOL, and what I shouldn't do. I started to play in 02-09-2017, and 9 days later, my account was banned forever. I was confused at that moment. I don't know why I was banned. So I write a ticket to riot support, explained that "I live far away from NA, so I used network proxy server to limit ping, " and "my friend in New York helped me to purchase RP "(because I was told that sometimes riot may thinks player use illegal credit card.) But what I received is automatic response about "you use bots.". this made me very puzzled. because I didn't cheat. I replied him that I didn't cheat and he could check out my match history. but he replied that "this matter closed". above was my first ticket. I really didn't cheat. I swear. if I really cheat, it would make me so shamed to write discussion here. and then I send the second ticket. at this time, I was told that "I use program to lv30 ". How this program works? though I don't know how, I think it would be clear that I didn't use bots through my match history. and there`s another point, I spend 9 days up to lv23 with XP boost. I played about 8 hours per day in blind pick and coop VS AI. I even didn't up to lv30. But whatever I explained, the supports can't do anything to recover my ticket. And what's interesting, whatever I send in the next tickets, I got the same reply "this issue has been mentioned in the first ticket". what did he do? he automatically replied and closed the ticket even I tried to explained that I wasn't cheat. And another thing. they just told me " I used program",they even didn't tell me which match game I used bots in. It seemed like whatever I said, they supports just ignored me and still thought I'm a cheater. if anyone can give me some suggestions to recover my account? I will appreciate that. I really didn't cheat. I swear.

my reply: OK.you tried at least,thank you. but what I want to say is how you are so sure I use program to level 30?because I purchase XP boosts?what I don't understand is as level 30 is the final aim for every players before lv 30,why you suspect a player who used 9 days playing blink pick and vs coops and coming to lv 23? you think this speed too fast? cause I don't know what algorithm you use to check my account,I can't say about that. but in my opinion,I never use bots to level 30. if someone report me for feeding, I could understand cause Im practicing some champion I wasn't familiar with.but bots to level 30?there must be something wrong.
