I need help identifying what caused a 2 week temp ban

So these are the 2 chat logs the client reform card showed: I know they don't punish according to the context but directly for what you said so I won't bother explaining what happened. Keep in mind though that the players I was talking with had racial slurs in the names. Not asking for a re-evaluation on the 2 week ban, I have another account to play on so it doesn't really matter.

Nothing I see that tripped the automatic filter, but there was a lot of toxicity and passive-aggressiveness there.

Also, why did you keep talking with them after you "muted" them? Just mute them and move on.

Doesn't really matter, there's no such thing as "this player did this and that and had this and that" when it comes to punishments. It doesn't justify your actions in any way. Your arguing with them is what caused the ban. Plus the score shaming and rank shaming. When you mute them, stop talking about the subject. When someone is flaming you just mute them and then report, there's no point in arguing with them.

riot bans anyone for saying anything you can get banned for being "passive aggressive" as if u can identify a tone in text . i just a ban for calling someone who was flaming me an incel

I can pretty easily see why you were banned. You were flaming yourself. You spent way too much atention and aggrovation into the chat rather than the game.
