https://imgur.com/a/yZ49eid So when I log in to my account, It says I got a 10 game chat restriction but, when I press " I understand ", it won't let me play. I've restarted my comp 2 times and the client 5 times. Any ideas why? [zombie-brand-facepalm]
AeroWaffle2 votesSounds like a glitch. Either the report card incorrectly told you it was a chat restriction when it was a 14-day ban or the system is mistaking your 10 game chat restriction as a ban and is locking you out.
Either way contacting support is your best option.

There is an arrow button when you hover your mouse over the 1st picture. It's there.

RallerenP1 votesSeeing as you already had a 2-week ban, I'll go ahead and assume that this is just a visual glitch. Sorry to say it, but you're probably 14-day banned or permabanned.
Contact support and they should be able to explain the situation.
