Post Game Report Feature.
Disclaimer: I posted this Suggestion Here in "Player Behavior & Moderation" since it looks like it would belong here, If i am posting this in the wrong spot, My bad, you will still get the point.
I Personally have only had 2 moments where someone in Specific got on my nerves SO much that i wanted to report them through the Support on the site even though there actually isn't a report option.
My Suggestion is that Riot creates a After Game/Exited the End Game Screen, Report Feature so that you can report users, Specifically those moments when you, out of habit Close the Game Statistic Page as soon as you get out of your game, and you Forget to report some rude immature jerk, intentional Feeder, or a Rage Quit. I have forgotten Countless times to report someone who deserved at the very least, a Temp-Mute, or something along those lines, because of how they treat, maybe not even me, but others in the game and if i close the stats page too quick i can never report them for that instance.
I have poorly Gimped up what i would like the feature to at least "Resemble"

Rito could also add more options, and since it would help the people that review the reports they could also add a 'Select Which Game' option or something Similar so the correct game goes with the correct user for easier functionality, but i don't know if i'm the only one who would want this feature, I think that, Yes, there would be a slight Rise in reporting, but, also Less 'OOPS i forgot to report that guy'.
