So duo queues can't just vote no on a clear fucking loss over and over again, and making it to where the rest of the team can't leave the 31/5 game at 20 minutes while spamming the taunt key and typing "XD" after everytime a FF would get thrown up.

Do not surrender ranked games. Ever. You know what happens? Winning teams throw games because they're stupid and they don't know how to end games. If you can't stick out a ranked game, don't play ranked.
I mean if they don't want to FF you can either play it out or just... Leave and face the consequence of leaver buster. Don't spam FF cause if it doesn't go through the first two times I doubt it'll go through the next 5.
People throw games. Unless you have a blatant troll on your team who's intentionally feeding or running it down or making it impossible to win on purpose there's always a chance to come back.
