I've had a few games now where there are some of the most toxic people i've ever seen. But they never get banned because they simply know what words to not use. They replace I's with 1's and so forth. Riot needs to change their disciplinary system badly... Either ban the people who deserve it. or don't bother at all. Flagrant racists are laughing in your face and your own system doesn't do anything about it
If you see hate speech, report it as such. If it has odd misspellings, include that in your post-game report. Hate speech normally gets a 2-week ban when it is caught; if you feel like someone may be avoiding the system using odd spellings, please submit a support ticket.
When you report in post game, put that information into the text box.
"Tried to avoid detection by using 1 instead of i."
But no player deserves to get banned because of chat...
