Dodging out of hand

I've noticed an increase in the amount of dodging and afk's in the last few weeks. I feel they really need to up the punishment even if only temporarily. Lately it's just taking such a long time to get a decent game.

It wont stop People from dodging, Only increase the Wait Time. If People dont wanna Play they wont care about that punishment either way. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
