Leaverbuster for internet drops?

First off I can add a link to my replay.

So I was playing a game of League and my lol started freezing every once in a while like it usually does (I've grown to ignore it most times).

Ok, the freezing gets more frequent. I start getting a bit bugged, sure, because I just froze in the middle of a fight that caused my death.

Yeah, fine, then my internet goes out for a good minute. I reconnect. Several deaths Could be seen as feeding (although I tried to play as best I could). Freezing starts again.

I decide to leave because I felt that my team was better off without me (by the way, while telling my team this my game freezes for several seconds again).

So I disconnect and get my leaver buster silly "I Agree" (which at first I thought was a message box for reporting why you left, would have been much better), and so yeah, got leaverbuster on my mind now :D

Does it make sense what I did, or should I have done something else? This doesn't happen often but I just played a game and I got 4 disconnects, so I'm taking a break from lol right now. I don't want to get banned for something I have no control over; I was prepared to deal with a little freezing but I didn't know what happened to me was even possible.
