I ran it down in a ranked game where my ezreal jungle had courage of the colossus and so he left the game so we could remake, according what fiddle told us (his premade). We did remake of course, my account is not in any danger right?

As long as you didn't get reported you're in the clear. I would avoid doing something like this again in the future though. What if the DCed player returns right as you're running it down mid? What if one of your teammates didn't find it funny even though the remake went through?

Way too many variables here for me. Be careful!

It's unlikely. The FeederBuster system is fairly lenient on punishing people for intentionally feeding, because Riot is still in the process of tweaking it. They decided to start lenient, and work their way towards becoming more strict, to keep from having players punished who were just having a bad game, so it can take more than just a bad score to actually have a player punished for feeding. It can often, but not always, need some sort of troll build as well, like multiple pairs of boots, or 6 Tears of the Goddesses, before the Instant Feedback System issues a punishment. As the name implies, any punishments should have been instant (within ~15 minutes or so of the match ending usually), so if you haven't been punished by now, you shouldn't receive one. If you were reported by anyone in the match for it, odds are that the system looked into the match, and did not find the evidence damning enough to warrant a banning.

That said, you should try to not make a habit of this. Dying 3 times in 3 minutes is pushing it, and even if your team was aware that a remake was coming, it could have been quite awkward if the Ezreal had decided not to leave. Not to mention, you run the risk of being reported by anyone on the enemy team who sees you inting and decides to report you for it because they are hoping they never have to play with you on their team. They have no way of knowing whether you do that sort of thing all the time, or that it was just the once because it was being remade.
