I'm a Nasus main, and I enjoy applying maximum disrespect. Would it be legal for me to make some sort of macro to press ` (the key I have mastery emote bound to) whenever I press Q? (So I flash mastery whenever I cane a creep)
Or, should I just reach up with my left pinky (as I have one of my mouse's side buttons bound to Q) and do things the hard way?
I don't believe Riot has anything against using a macro to both use an ability and an emote at the same time. It doesn't give you any advantage over your opponent.
Riot made Singed automatically /laugh when he flings.
It's when you start macroing abilities together that Riot starts hefting the ban hammer.

Any macros that do not chain abilities with other abilities are fine. Chat macros are only not fine when spammed or offensive
