Harassment. Just because someone else insults you first doesn't make your retaliation not insulting.

I just got a 10 game restriction and they cited multiple games. You may have gotten reported earlier and this just pushed it over the edge? Yeah but you still harassed the enemy; it’s grounds for reporting.
