Sounds like you were being pretty negative towards Lee - also technically asking for reports is reportable -

You were bad mouthing Lee for what seems most of the game. Harassment actually has it's own subsection in the CoC. People seem to think that unless you are cussing someone out, you wont get banned. Harassment is ANY kind of hounding of another player. A little bit is probably not going to be caught, but at least half of your lines are directed at Lee.

And asking others to report Lee. Only takes yours. Doesn't matter if any of the other 8 send one or not. The system will still check them out.

the lee trolled the ranked match and muted everyone in the game before 5 minutes, and I get a chat ban because I'm complaining about him?

I'd have reported you for griefing/giving up (I'm gonna afk farm, open mid, harassing others for not surrendering). You also singled out Lee Sin.

I'd say it is unusual for 1 game to net you a chat restriction. Were there other games?

It also looks like you told a Lee Sin to tower dive? I'm not sure if it's alone or not. But depending on the situation (especially when he's level 5), that is probably a really bad idea.
