So, let me get this straight.
A Tryndamere first-bloods me due to him being better than me. My jungler attempts to clean him up, but is utterly incompetent and dies, so now I'm 0-1 and he's 2-0.
I return to lane but get ganked twice in a row. Trynd is now 3-0-1, I'm 0-3.
Our jungler decides I'm the worst person ever, so I'm never getting any help from him again.
Trynd continuously solo-dives me for, like, four more kills. I'm deep under my own turret and yet still can't do anything about it. Rinse and repeat.
Not only am I going to lose this game quite decisively, but now you want me to be banned over it? Shit happens, and individuals can be picked off constantly in a short span of time through no intent on their own. Top/mid laners can get camped, especially when their jungler is bad. A junger can get counter-jungled right out of the game (think an enemy Shaco with an uncanny ability to predict where you're going). Either half of the bot lane team can be dragged down by incompetence on the part of the other half.
You don't get to just spit out an arbitrary number and say that's the "limit" for reasonable deaths. This is a swingy, fast, and demanding game, and shit CAN happen.

I have done this before and can do this in any duo role, or when role is stolen / trolled when doing off meta comp.
Not always Intentional although most of the time its likely intentional Riot needs to take into fact other things when actually banning a player for intentional feeding vs other toxic trolls intentionally throwing the game, or a ADC / Support who keeps dying because their mate doesn't know what the hell to do.
Riot still needs to determine how to match players who think alike and more skill based rather than (MMR) MMR is garbage doesn't prove shit IMO.

just had game, scropters on one side bots on my team, champ on my team has like 10 health left or soemthing absud.

as soon as I get to the turret, scripters go crazy, pressing that spacebar, attack, flash, poke, run, poke poke, back,
...PUUUUUUUUUUUUUURFECT MECHANICS, the champ on my teasm wtih the 10 health completely untouched, also won't back, and misses EVERY SINGLE SHOT.
They dide the turret, I de, then go back to chillin. farmin some, wardin, my partner still in lane, still 10 health.
They don't give a flying pooop, because they won't get punished in time if at all, before they bot up the accounts and sell then. Then the sucker who bought the account comes here crying, and the cycle continues.
I dunno, this happens to me a LOT when I'm playing JG and don't get a leash. Of course it's all executes, but still.
