Now you are getting into the danger territory of "harassment". If you can clearly someone is trolling or throwing the game on purpose, asking them once would be enough (although my philosophy is to not say anything and just report after game). There is no gain in knowing the answer to why he is trolling. It will not solve anything and you are just getting him what he wants, the ability to report you for harassment.
Mute, report, turn off 90% of your brain and show a semblance of trying to play. Eventually the enemies will get bored and end the game. Move on.

It just creates more tension, gets people annoyed and gives them a reason to carry on with some stupid argument as now they will be replying to even more people. Context is important, what is the situation of the game. "please end" when you died in lane and got mad is different than when you say it when your entire team is super behind, not even trying anymore and enemy has every advantage with objectives.

"please end" because we were effectively fighting a 3v7. and my lane was a LITERAL 2v1 half the time because blitz was roaming top for some reason.
