I don't know about you, but I get a lot of players dodging in champ select when people start fighting to switch roles/lanes from the ones they were assigned or arguing about who to ban. Like just play the role you were assigned, and ban the champ you want yourself.. Anyone else getting super annoyed by this? Should there be bigger penalties so that people stop doing this? It kind of sucks to wait 15-20mins for a game to start since there are consecutive dodgers.

This can be made even worse if someone was forced into a role they don't want (like autofill does sometimes). Would you rather take the risk of someone trolling and inting the game, or waiting longer for perhaps a better chance? It is a hard choice because we don't know how people will be until after the fact.

Sometimes they'll come on an be like 'Im going to feed' before the game even starts, or as soon as it starts? Shouldn't there be a way to remake in this situation without having penalties? Or something of the similar sort. Open to ideas really.

I agree 100%! In fact, there are some games I see people clearly trolling and someone will dodge. Then I breathe a sigh of relief and wait for the accept button to pop up again.

Now that being said, do you REALLY want to give harsher punishments to someone already willing to eat the dodge penalty to get out of that situation?

I've said this before to mixed reactions and Ill say it again. Riot should look into giving everyone one and ONLY ONE free dodge per day. You use it, then you can just requeue with no waiting penalties, no LP loss, no fucking up promos, just requeue if you want and jump back in.
However, you only get ONE and if you dodge again right after that then you get DOUBLE penalties, because the chances of getting such a horrible twice in a row is just remote.
This also carries across ALL gamemodes so if you use your freebie in a normal or ARAM game then you will NOT have it available if think things are going to crap when you're in the pregame of a promos match so use it wisely.
With a system like this, people will have more freedom to get matched into better games and avoid trolls, and just plain unpleasant people while only getting one per day along with double penalties if they dodge again shortly after using the freebie, there won't be constant dodging to the point where no one can play because everyone is dodging.
Another option that has been stated multiple times over the years is a PREGAME report and/or remake function. So if someone is really being an ass then everyone else can vote them out or at least report their behavior. Rito doesn't really like this so much though as there is a possiblity of premades trying to bully the other guy into playing a specific role or champ or just outright trolling by voting someone out. I like the idea of a champ select report/remake but then i think of games like killing floor 2 where youre in a room that you created some party larger than yours comes in and kicks you for fun.
