Why is this even allowed? I literally just reported someone for being toxic/afk and then they literally showed up in the next champ queue, I had to dodge the game to get away from them. Seriously?
It's done so that people don't just report people they don't want to queue with again.
I like the idea, but can see how it can be abused at higher elos where the player base is smaller. I would say include a sunset timer. Say, after 30 days the block is removed for the first time you report someone. Increased an additional 30 each time you report them. Or something along those lines.
