Context really should matter in terms of bans

Does it occur to riot that i am only "toxic" when the person in question is actively trolling the team, inting, refusing to help the team, or just plain being a douche? Im sure a bunch of you paragons of virtue will be like "turn the other cheek". Just ranting. Their chat ban algorithm really should take into account the context of the report or they should go back to the old fashioned tribunal.

For what it's worth, one of the reasons they don't take context into account is that, overwhelming, people didn't care about context on the old Tribunal. Toxic players were routinely punished, whether or not they had "started it."

I am sitting in a match with you and someone else is "trolling, inting, refusing to help the team" now you start to shit talk him. I hate having both of you in my game since even if he is really trolling - your words will never change a bit and you are helping to make my game worse. So riot is in the correct position to punish you just as the other guy.
