Banned for telling chinese speaker go play on chinese servers?

This guy only spoke chinese and very very very broken english but would constantly spam ping when ANYONE would die so i got mad and said basically he should be banned from NA servers and go play on chinese servers since he only spoke chinese and only said things like "fuck u mom" in english, im pretty sure that is the majority of my reason for a 14 day ban. there was a second game cited in which i responded rudely to troll, which i understand is another part of my ban. I dont see how its fair considering hes playing on a primarily english speaking server and speaks no english except to insult people. Also, i speak some chinese and most of what he said in chinese was rude too...soooooooooooooo. This isnt an appeal to overturn my ban. This is just how ridiculous the race issue is and how broad the "hate speech" report can be. Its honestly sad.

Edit: oh yeah, the chinese guy was first pick and just PICKS jinx and expects our adc to swap with him? like regardless of what she wants. then when she doesnt he starts cursing her out in chinese/broken english in champ select.

You were not banned for this. This is one of the multiple games given to you as evidence. You need to take all the evidence given into account.

Additionally, this is your 8th penalty so it was likely escalated in severity.

You're right to expect English, French, or Spanish on a North American server. Language barriers are difficult in League. But that's what Pings are for. Also, your attitude wasn't necessary. "You're already getting deported to China." I understand your frustrations, but that wasn't needed. Choose your wording more carefully in the future, bro.

NA server may be a primary English language server, but it certainly not the rule to speak ONLY English. You are banned for being a rude jerk. Don't try to place blame on someone else.

If I was Riot I'd ban the Chinese guy, but also the OP just for his username. Also, this is apparently just one of many games that got the guy banned.

You are being punished for your behavior. there are right and wrong ways to tackle situations and your text from the chat log was inappropriate. If the other player was being toxic and trolling, mute them, and report them. Then they will be the one who gets banned and in trouble while you can keep playing the game. It isn't necessary to respond back, to get back at a person. Let the system do it's job. Also be aware that you are probably on thin ice now that you were banned.
