Every time I kill someone I say "?" or "LOL!"
will I get banned?
btw, the 2 week ban reformed me greatly, I have not used a cuss word ever since. I am not passive aggressive, I am only passive harassment (not reportable).

Answering his question though saying lol after should not be reportable but adding anything else has potential to get you banned.
If saying lol was bannable then riot would have delete champion emotes like laughing, displaying banners, taunts as all these could be considered showing bad sportsmanship.
Your passive harassment behaviour though could get you that perma ban if people are reporting you. You recently came off a 2 week ban from memory so best to just say lol and leave the kids alone in chat. Better off killing them again in game then type crap to them.
