ADC buys 6 tear of the goddess and feeds on purpose, all chatting locations and dancing with the enemy team, says he did it last game too. How many games of this does it take before the system purges them?

It will depend on how often he does it, and how often he is reported for it. It definitely counts as griefing, assisting the enemy team and intentionally feeding, and with the 6 tears, it's a pretty easy one to prove with the report function. I looked into your match history and found her (it was pretty easy...). Looks like she has done it twice in the last 6.5 months worth of ranked matches. I was only using the Match History, so I didn't bother to check her normal games on another site... but if she's only done it two games out of easily 250-300 games, then she may or may not be punished until more reports are submitted. Mathematically speaking, the vast majority of her games are not spent trolling/feeding, so unless she has been doing it in normal matches as well, it wouldn't surprise me if it takes more than these two matches to push her up to the punishment threshold.

Well the guy probably lied to make a point but what I dislike even more is when an enemy team starts honoring the guy and laughing with him.

Well, the enemy team may say in all chat that they are going to honor her, but that doesn't mean that they are going to actually do it. When it comes down to it, most players realize that it's just a luck of the draw that they didn't get screwed over by having the troll on their team.

Since I had a bit of free time, I pulled her up on op.gg to get a look at her other match types, just to see if she has been doing it in other places. She hasn't. In the same couple hundred matches, I've only found two where she ended up selling all her items at the end to buy 6 tears. Note... she wasn't buying them throughout the match. She had legitimate builds. Even as Cait, she did start off with Doran's Blade, built a Runaan's Hurricane, I saw a Pickaxe in there which I assume was going towards an Infinity Edge. So she was at least attempting to build the correct items. To me, it honestly looks like she was having a really bad game, got mentally tilted, and rather than handling it maturely, she chose to troll and make it seem like she was doing it on purpose, so that no one could call her on playing badly.

It doesn't make them any easier to deal with, I suppose, nor does it make it any better to have them on your team, even if you know why they are acting out and trolling and feeding. But perhaps this player's use of the 6 tears will lead to him being punished. As that's one of the easier ways that it can be proven, and a punishment can be handed out.

I mean I'm not asking for anything to be done, especially if that's the case, but he entered champ select lobby complaining about his teams from prior games so he was already tilted. I can only assume he bragged about doing it last game to be a bigger douche, which is understandable.

Looks like he was just super tilted. He probably should have just logged out to clear his head for a bit before pulling crap like that.
