ADC buys 6 tear of the goddess and feeds on purpose, all chatting locations and dancing with the enemy team, says he did it last game too. How many games of this does it take before the system purges them?

It will depend on how often he does it, and how often he is reported for it. It definitely counts as griefing, assisting the enemy team and intentionally feeding, and with the 6 tears, it's a pretty easy one to prove with the report function. I looked into your match history and found her (it was pretty easy...). Looks like she has done it twice in the last 6.5 months worth of ranked matches. I was only using the Match History, so I didn't bother to check her normal games on another site... but if she's only done it two games out of easily 250-300 games, then she may or may not be punished until more reports are submitted. Mathematically speaking, the vast majority of her games are not spent trolling/feeding, so unless she has been doing it in normal matches as well, it wouldn't surprise me if it takes more than these two matches to push her up to the punishment threshold.
Well the guy probably lied to make a point but what I dislike even more is when an enemy team starts honoring the guy and laughing with him.
