Does reporting someone for inting do anything?
Ive been curious about this for a while. Ive had games where a player on my team will literally go 0/30/0 in under 40 min, say that they r running it down in all chat, proceed to run under enemy towers and wait to get killed, and even tho everyone on the team reports them(after spaming "report for int" in /all) I dont see the "Thank you for the assist" message that lets u know they got punished. Its not that im complaining about past teammates but Im truly curious if reporting for int is actually there just to give butthurt silvers something to do after losing games. Personally when I have bad games and rack up a couple deaths in a short time i could get my whole team saying "report for int" and id probably get 4 reports for inting but I havent gotten banned. Ive heard before that in order to truly get someone banned for inting u have to provide visual proof in a support ticket of them saying they r gonna int. Any thoughts?
