do people who throw games by int afking get banned?
was in a game where someone said "u guys can lose, I'm afk" and then left. the game was actually close up until then afterwhich we lost. is this a bannable offense?

Yes, leavebuster will get them sooner or later.
yes and no. bannable if he just sits in base and actually afks, not bannable if he goes in jungle and just farms till your team loses, because technically he was "playing"
