someone in game made physical threats to me and didnt get banned

The player in question called me an autistic %%%got repeatedly, after which he threatened to find and assault me. I reported him but he didnt get banned? CAn someone explain why pls

Edit: below u will additionally find a rioter harassing me, spamming comments about how i was toxic in a game. Im on zero tolerance and have yet to get perma banned for the game in which i was allegedly "harassing my teammates" by telling them that elise is a jgler with diving capabilities. Its actually quite a spectacle watching this rioter misconstrue all of my statements so im putting this little ps below the actual intent of my post.

In the game in question, they said 'if i was near them, I'd kick the shit out of them'. Not appropriate, but not exactly a credible threat.
You were harassing teammates. Blaming your deaths under the turret from their lack of follow-up.
You were pretty tilted, and reported every single player on your team after the game.
You continued to harass them in postgame chat.

TLDR; You're not remembering the game correctly. The player wasn't the toxic player you remember them to be, or are suggesting they were.

He's not harassing you, honestly. He's been a bit blunt if you want to see it that way but it's not harassment. I think there might have been a misunderstanding at first but he's correct that you've edited some posts since you can see what he quoted is different from what your post now says.

Regardless, complaining about things that he's said aren't going to help you. If someone was legitimately threatening you then send in a ticket. Also, it's entirely possible the person was banned and you didn't know because you weren't the last person to report them, as the last person to report is the only one who gets the notification. Lastly, if he did call you some of the things you said it'd be an automatic permaban from the chat bot because some of those words are on the automatic ban list.

There is a very high likelihood that you are an extremely toxic player by how you are blatantly lying and getting caught in your lies and despite being called out for them, time and time again, you keep going. It's gone from funny, to sad, to pathetic. Stop it. You are honestly doing yourself no favours and I cannot see how Riot Tantram even has the patience or time to dedicate to such a person as yourself. If you have some sort of social disorder, I am sorry, but this is not normal, nor is this acceptable. No one is harassing you, besides probably myself at this point, and it is especially not any Riot employee. If he is threatening you with finding you, you should probably report it to riot via a ticket and then you will know that he is going to get looked at by a Riot Member.

I don't get it. Why would a Rioter lie about an anonymous person's chat logs that he'll never meet and likely never care about? If Tantram was lying about your logs, you'd have to ask yourself WHY. The easiest way to keep a rational mindset is to realize you are no one's enemy, especially online. Kinda goes with the basement dweller's government probe conspiracy theory. They think the government is spying on them, but they don't have any justifiable reason and they lack any interesting qualities that would make them a target.

Because people don't get banned based on one game. Bans are based oh now often you are reported or how many times you went against the zero-tolerance policy.
