The player in question called me an autistic %%%got repeatedly, after which he threatened to find and assault me. I reported him but he didnt get banned? CAn someone explain why pls

Edit: below u will additionally find a rioter harassing me, spamming comments about how i was toxic in a game. Im on zero tolerance and have yet to get perma banned for the game in which i was allegedly "harassing my teammates" by telling them that elise is a jgler with diving capabilities. Its actually quite a spectacle watching this rioter misconstrue all of my statements so im putting this little ps below the actual intent of my post.

In the game in question, they said 'if i was near them, I'd kick the shit out of them'. Not appropriate, but not exactly a credible threat.
You were harassing teammates. Blaming your deaths under the turret from their lack of follow-up.
You were pretty tilted, and reported every single player on your team after the game.
You continued to harass them in postgame chat.

TLDR; You're not remembering the game correctly. The player wasn't the toxic player you remember them to be, or are suggesting they were.

again, not true. I edited my first comment to add more to it and accidentally copied it, so i deleted the original. I never said I was elise in the game. I dont know whats wrong with u but u clearly r confusing urself to seemingly make sure my original question goes unanswered. Others have already responded with helpful comments. According to the summoners code, repeated unhelpful comments is considered harassment, and your comments fit the description. there's no reason to be toxic to me. I really hope u reconsider your behavior, thank you!

That game doesn't have all those behaviors either. Honestly, just trying to answer your questions and help.

Are you by any chance taking various things you have seen in games and adding them all together as one person?

In your initial post you said you were Elise. Now you are stating you were Shaco.

I'm directly answering the question you asked:

its the game in which im shaco and i have a talon mid on my team. He calls me autistic trash bronze etc. He also says something along the lines of "if i find u, i will hurt u" or something like that. I reported him thinking surely he'll get penalized for something like that even if its not repeated

There is no reference to anyone threatening harm in the Shaco game. There also is no evidence of '%%%' or anything like it. I'm sorry, this is really hard to follow because the narrative has changed from the initial post, through your others, to this one. Someone did say 'autistic'.

That is why I was asking if you are adding these games together in your mind. Maybe you are recalling all of the memorable, unacceptable events from a gaming session.

Even if a player doesn't get penalized, remember that if they continue with unacceptable behavior it will catch up with them. For example, if a player you report for unacceptable behavior goes into another game and harasses people, they game you reported will also be considered. This is why you see people with multiple games of chat logs.

Usually OP has to grant permission or have posted false logs. Even then it could only be OPs and not the other players.

Which game are we talking about. Looking at your match history, you have one game where you are elise, and another game where you are shaco and talon is on your team. Right now, it's very confusing to follow which game you are talking about since you are talking about both game.

Moreover, Riot Tantram is not intentionally misconstruing everything you are typing. They can see all your chat logs, while the general public cannot. Perhaps they were looking at the wrong game, as I was saying before, you seem to be referencing two games, which makes it very confusing to follow along.

the only thing i said postgame chat was "how was i being toxic". As of now my account hasnt gotten banned but this rioter keeps harassing me, telling me i was harassing my teammates, which if i was i would have gotten permaed cuz im on zelo tolerance right now.

He's not harassing you, honestly. He's been a bit blunt if you want to see it that way but it's not harassment. I think there might have been a misunderstanding at first but he's correct that you've edited some posts since you can see what he quoted is different from what your post now says.

Regardless, complaining about things that he's said aren't going to help you. If someone was legitimately threatening you then send in a ticket. Also, it's entirely possible the person was banned and you didn't know because you weren't the last person to report them, as the last person to report is the only one who gets the notification. Lastly, if he did call you some of the things you said it'd be an automatic permaban from the chat bot because some of those words are on the automatic ban list.

If he is threatening you with finding you, you should probably report it to riot via a ticket and then you will know that he is going to get looked at by a Riot Member.

There is a very high likelihood that you are an extremely toxic player by how you are blatantly lying and getting caught in your lies and despite being called out for them, time and time again, you keep going. It's gone from funny, to sad, to pathetic. Stop it. You are honestly doing yourself no favours and I cannot see how Riot Tantram even has the patience or time to dedicate to such a person as yourself. If you have some sort of social disorder, I am sorry, but this is not normal, nor is this acceptable. I don't get it. Why would a Rioter lie about an anonymous person's chat logs that he'll never meet and likely never care about? If Tantram was lying about your logs, you'd have to ask yourself WHY. The easiest way to keep a rational mindset is to realize you are no one's enemy, especially online. Kinda goes with the basement dweller's government probe conspiracy theory. They think the government is spying on them, but they don't have any justifiable reason and they lack any interesting qualities that would make them a target.
