So I get into champ select for my first ranked placement game, and as I'm banning i see this going on. My question is, can this be reported, and is it worth submitting the ticket? Someone eventually dodged, so he never actually took top (he was last pick), but the intent was there, and from looking at the summoner spells and team comps in his past games, he's gone through with it before. So just wondering your opinions on this sorta thing?

Troll: i'm going top, don't care if it's claimed, thanks. Teammate: ban illaoi Troll: ban yasuo, vayne... everyone is using scripts... Teammate: lol then get reported Troll: your report won't do anything, Teammate: we will see Troll: you will see... been playing this since s2... been banned 1 time Troll: So... good luck with that. Teammate: lol ok Troll: Oh, and it was because of my afking.

Since there's no champ select reporting feature, you'll want to screenshot it and submit it in a Support Ticket. There's no reporting category so just make your best guess. His behavior is reportable no doubt, and his attitude will probably make it worse for him.

Riot has stated they do look at pre game chat in ban considerations but calling a role and pick other are player made systems and are not bannable it the way you described , if they said someing like give me top or I'll feed (and then fed intentionally )
