League isn't a game meant to piss people off. People get pissed off from pretty much any factor except the game itself.
So just remove the chat.
Why? Because a small handful of bad eggs can't use it right?
Add in a bunch of pings so people don't have to talk.
I really think the pings we have, while bare-minimum as they are, are enough for communication's sake. Regardless, I wouldn't want to set up 2-3 different ping wheels and memorize them all just to try and communicate with teammates.
Not to mention not all of my communication is going to be tactical. Some people like to pal around in chat, believe it or not.
I mean, it's sad that this game has come to the point where I have to move the chat off my screen every game just so I don't have to see what the fuck is going on, and so I'm not tempted to type there.
It's sad that your situation demands that of you, but your experiences are not representative of the whole of League.
Think about this logically, please, before you spam my post with downvotes (which I already know it's going to get more than 10 down votes).

We are thinking logically - much moreso than someone who seems to be looking for downvotes from the outset.
Bad ideas - or ill-thought ideas in general - get downvotes. People disagree with what is generally illogical or a bad idea. You know as much, and for whatever reason, try to attack people who disagree with you anyways.
Thus securing more downvotes.
Perhaps you should consider narrowing your focus on your topic and your arguments instead of trying to attack and insult people based on something as pointless as agreement/disagreement points?
