Do you still report someone if the game turns out ok?

I've recently realized sometimes i do, sometimes i don't, so i wonder what other people do. Also, if its half and half like me, what do they have to do to earn a report from you? can they be ping spamming the whole game and be fine? will you report someone who's 0/17/5 but they won lane? Can they be cussing out your whole team the entire game but carry hard and go scott free? At what point is it ok to 'let it slide' vs reporting?

If they won lane, it probably wasn't an intentionally bad score. You don't report a bad game, only if it was inting.

Well, it's always up to you, but if they act like that when they carry, they are always like that. If you feel it is a problem I recommend you report it either way so that they cut it out or are penalized until they do.

I'll often make reports in wins.

An abusive shitlord with a barely-positive KDA who thinks he's carrying us and therefore deserves to flame us is going to get reported after the game.

An intentional feeder who we managed to overcome and win in spite of is surely getting reported.

Somebody calling me slurs for missing my first skillshot of the game is getting reported.

If their toxicity made the game miserable to play, I will report them regardless of the outcome.

If they carried a lost game to victory, they get honored. If I'm the one that broke my back to carry, they get reported.
