Why can't we have an individual ban option?

I feel as though we should be allowed to report conversations in a game between two summoners as an a considered individual report rather than needing a whole team to report one player to be reviewed. Unless it is this way, but I just got harassed all last game cause I accidentally stole my TF's kill. And I'm pretty sure no one else reported him.

You only need 1 report to trigger a review of any kind.

Every game is considered one report.

So for example: Players 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 are red Players 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 are on blue

1 is harassing 2 in all chat

End game, player 2 reports and no one else bothers reporting Player 1 Tally: 1 game reported

End game, player 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 all report Player 1 Tally: 1 game reported

The more reports that go in, the more comments the reviewers can see but it still is just 1 strike whether it is 1 player reporting or 9 players reporting.

There's no way to prove that though.

Actually yes I can. See the link below

"Reports are significant on a per-game basis"

Edit: also just downvoting you because you downvoted me when you were demonstrably wrong.

Just because someone says something doesn't make it true. There's been no evidence of this being how the report system works, nor if every game is manually reviewed or a bot determines it.

So are you accusing Riot and arbiters of stating the report policy and then Riot not actually following it?

Sure? No reason to blindly put 100% your faith into something that can be proven, but hasn't been.

I'm curious how you think this could be "proven."

"Show us the code!"

Code proves this to be true.

"The code is fake!"

What substantiates your accusation?

Expect both riot and the arbiters stated this is how it works.

One report is sufficient. The system doesn't weigh multiple reports in the same game precisely for this reason: an affected player should never have their concerns overlooked merely because their team didn't join them in reporting.

we already do.

You just misunderstand how the system works.
